3LPE Anticorrosion Material Supplier

Our  3LPE Anticorrosion Material includs 3LPE epoxy powder, 3LPE copolymer adhesive and 3lpe top layer materials. Our copolymer adhesive , supplied in powder or granule form, natural color. The polar groups grafted on the polymer backbone offer excellent adhesion for polar materials.

The PE adhesive can be applied in powder form or extruded. The minimum layer thickness is 140 µm. The thickness shall be monitored in accordance with DIN30670 and ISO21809, Method 1A(refer to the standard DIN 30670). The peel strength requirements vary depending on whether the adhesive was applied as a powder or was extruded.
