3LPE Steel pipe HDPE coating  properties are the high ESCR for corrosion protection, very fine processability with  proper MFI and perfect smooth surface, high  biological and chemical resistance.

Steel pipe coating is a modified high-density polyethylene (HDPE) compound designed for 3-layer anti-corrosion coating applications for exploration and long-distance transport of gas, oil, chemical, and water systems. Steel pipe polyethylene coatings exhibit good mechanical and heat deformation properties, environmental stress crack resistance and excellent weathering resistance. The modified polyethylene coatings not only protect the steel pipes against chemical and environmental threats but also improve the protective function, and make the long-life  and maximum efficiency of steel pipes.

3LPE steel pipe coating system consist of HDPE protective compound, Tie layer adhesive and Epoxy resin (oxygen barrier) layers.
