Composition of 3LPE coating
The first layer (FBE > 100um) consists of fusion bonded epoxy. This layer prevents corrosion and fuses with the shot peened steel surface.

The third layer (2.5~3.7mm) is a polyethylene layer to prevent any physical damage to the pipe
