Applying Process Of 3LPE Anti-corrosion Adhesive
1. The appearance of 3LPE anti-corrosion adhesive is usually uniform white plastic particles, with the technological properties of thermoplastics, and can be processed by general-purpose plastic molding equipment.
2. 3LPE anti-corrosion adhesive is suitable for extrusion winding process and extrusion coating process of 2PE and 3PE anti-corrosion structure. It can also be made into powder for powder coating.
3.3 Recommended process parameters for LPE anti-corrosion adhesive extrusion processing:
Temperature: feeding section 150℃-170℃, head 190℃-200℃, compression section 170℃-180℃, adapter 200℃-230℃, homogenization section 180℃-200℃, die 190℃-230℃
Extruder screw speed: It should be set and adjusted according to the extruder screw structure, screw length-diameter ratio, die coefficient, melt film extension length (distance between die and steel pipe), supporting equipment, processing speed and other conditions.
4. When the 3LPE anti-corrosion adhesive is used in the 2LPE anti-corrosion structure, it is recommended that the heating temperature of the steel pipe be adjusted between 200°C and 230°C.
5. When the 3LPE anti-corrosion adhesive is used in the 3LPE anti-corrosion structure, the heating temperature of the steel pipe should be determined according to the gelation time of the matching epoxy powder. It is recommended that the heating temperature of the steel pipe be adjusted between 150°C and 200°C.
